Ryan Demny is an aerospace engineer currently serving as the Configuration Design Lead for the Blue Moon Crew Lander at Blue Origin, where he leads the mechanical design and integration efforts for the company’s flagship lunar human landing system scheduled for its first flight in 2028.
Since joining Blue Origin in 2023, Ryan has played a key role in advancing next-generation spaceflight systems focused on supporting future lunar exploration and human space missions.
Prior to Blue Origin, Ryan worked at Boeing in multiple crew systems and human factors engineering roles supporting NASA’s International Space Station program at Johnson Space Center in Houston.
Ryan holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and graduated from Harmony School of Advancement in 2013.
His career reflects a strong foundation in engineering leadership, systems integration, and human-centered aerospace design, contributing to some of the most advanced space exploration initiatives in development today.
