iN-SIDE: Shadowing & Observation Program

 IN-SIDE gives Harmony alumni the chance to “step inside” a real workplace environment to observe professionals, learn from experience, and explore potential career paths. 

To increase career awareness and confidence by exposing alumni to authentic professional routines, challenges, and workplace cultures. 

•  Short-term (1–3 day) observation placements in partner organizations.
•  Alumni are paired with professionals who act as hosts and mentors.
•  Reflection sessions follow each experience to capture lessons learned.
