IN-CLUDE connects Harmony alumni and students with business owners and professionals who can offer short-term, project-based learning opportunities — known as micro-internships. 

 To provide practical, real-world experience for young professionals while helping small businesses and organizations access motivated, skilled interns from the Harmony network. 

• Alumni and students complete a short profile indicating their career interests.
• Business partners submit small-scale projects or short-term assignments.
• The IN team matches participants based on skill, interest, and opportunity.
