Esat Bayar

Esat Bayar’s academic and professional journey reflects a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and high-level business operations.

Esat attended Harmony Science Academy before transferring to Harmony School of Innovation – Sugar Land, where he continued building the academic discipline and leadership skills that would later shape his career path.

After graduating from Harmony, Esat earned a full-ride scholarship to Harvard University, where he participated in the ROTC program while conducting research for both Harvard Business School and Harvard’s Department of Government.

Following his time at Harvard, Esat began his professional career as an Investment Banker at Citigroup, gaining experience in financial analysis, corporate strategy, and high-level business operations.

He later transitioned into a managerial role in Business Strategy at Walmart, where he continues to apply strategic thinking, operational insight, and leadership within one of the world’s largest organizations.
